1. How to cancel a ticket

  • Once you confirm the cancellation, our team will process the request and update your status accordingly. You will get a confirmation email after the cancellation has been successfully processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees vary depending on the ticket type and the train operator's policy. Customers can cancel their train bookings through our website or by contacting our customer support. The deadline for ticket cancellation is 24 hours before the train departure. Some tickets may be non-refundable or conditionally refundable, depending on the fare terms.

3. Refund Policy

If you have booked a refundable ticket, cancel it directly with us. If you are eligible, card issuers and banks will process a refund within 7-14 business days. Please note that service fees and processing charges are non-refundable.

4. Modifications and Rescheduling

  • Depending on availability and relevant fees, changes to travel dates or passenger details may be permitted.

5. Returning tickets at the station

6. No-show policy

No refund will be issued if passengers do not board at the scheduled departure time. Kindly arrive at the station in advance to avoid missing your train. You must also carry important travel documents required for your trip, including passports, visas, and e-tickets.
